Ella Paine is at the start of her journey – growing up on a farm, she promised herself she would find something different to do with her life. However, home came calling.
Passionate about the beef industry and the opportunities that are on offer for young people in the industry, Ella has the right attitude and is ready to rise to the challenge.

Ella has so much passion for the beef industry. Her love for the country life and her positive attitude was visible from the second we turned up to her Queensland property. Such a strong advocate for women finding a path in the Australian beef industry, it was a pleasure to tell her story.
