Food Innovation Australia Limited (FIAL) is an industry led, government funded initiative to collaboratively fuel growth throughout the food and agribusiness industry. Working with CSIRO on a number of co-sponsored projects, Square Fish was retained to produce success story case study videos.
Teff grain is an ancient grain from Ethiopia which is high in calcium and resistant starch and is grown en masse by Fraser McNaul in Wakool NSW.
Square Fish worked on the brief with FIAL and CSIRO and helped storyboard a case study highlighting both organisations and their partnerships with the McNaul family in Wakool. Under the brand, Outback Harvest, the McNaul’s have worked on a Teff product range that is sold from paddock to plate. The range includes pancake mixes, muffin mixes, pasta and flour.
We travelled to Wakool and spent the day telling Fraser’s story and then followed up with shoots at the CSIRO Food and Innovation Centre in Weribee and at FIAL.
