CSIRO – Oventus

THE BRIEF

CSIRO and it’s 3d printing facility, Lab 22, worked closely with Oventus Medical on the development of a new device to treat sleep apnea. Less intrusive than standard CPAP machines, the Oventus O2Vent is worn like a sports mouthguard. CSIRO was involved in the production of the polymer design.

Square Fish was asked to produce a video to launch the new product.

THE SOLUTION

When Square Fish came aboard, we knew that we’d need to weave a number of interviews together and we chose to approach the project by following the journey of an actual O2Vent user.

This gave us a realistic way of telling the story and bringing in both the lab and dentistry elements involved in the device’s manufacture.
